Congratulations to our Cardinal CSD students, staff members, and family members for helping us earn a 100% graduation rate in 2023!

The Iowa Department of Education's graduation rate data was released on Friday, May 3, confirming that our rate increased from 95.5% in the two prior years, giving us a 97% average for the last three years.

Our 100% rate is the highest of our neighboring districts and those in our same conference and it's 12.5% higher than the state rate of 87.5%.

"Thank you to our students who believed in themselves and everyone who has supported them, encouraged them, and guided them to complete their schooling," Jamie Craig, Cardinal Superintendent, said. "We've worked hard to earn this achievement for our students."

The mission of the Cardinal Community School is to foster an enriching environment and channel the energies of students to achieve their fullest potential.
