Preschool Enrollment 2021

Cardinal Preschool is beginning the 2021-2022 preschool registration process. Cardinal Preschool is a free, all-day program running Tuesday through Friday.

For new to Cardinal families, please call the elementary office to set up a registration appointment at 641-652-7531.
If you already have a 3-year-old student enrolled in our program, we will be reaching out to you for registration.
To complete the application process, we will need a copy of your child's birth certificate/Title 19 or passport, insurance card, and income verification/taxes. These documents are needed to complete the preschool registration.
