Meet New Full Time Substitute Teacher Mr. McKibbin!

We are so glad to have Mitch McKibbin joining our team this year as a full-time substitute teacher. We asked Mr. McKibbin some questions so that you can get to know him a bit before the school year begins.
Why did you want to teach at Cardinal?
I wanted to be a part of a smaller district that always wants the best for their students.
What is your favorite part of teaching?
My favorite part of teaching is watching the students grow and achieve things they did not think were possible.
What is your ultimate goal as a teacher?
My ultimate goal as a teacher is to help shape young minds and show them that sometimes you will have a challenge or a rough time, but pushing through that is an amazing feeling.
Fun Facts/Hobbies:
I grew up in Nebraska and went to a similarly sized school. I played college football, and I enjoy watching almost any sport.
