Cardinal Students Receive Work Experience Through Internship Program
As we close out 2022 and look back on the year, we're thankful for so many wonderful opportunities our students had, including the Cardinal Youth Summer Internship Project.
The Project is funded by the Future Ready Iowa Summer Youth Intern Program Grant. The grant funds opportunities to place youth at risk in internships in high-demand fields. |
Did you know that Cardinal Community School District is home to a food pantry? The Cardinal Community Food Pantry is a free service for the community, open to students and families. |
Earlier this month, Cardinal Community School District hosted its first career fair in five years. "We are thrilled with that," Andrew Lehn, Cardinal High School head principal, says. "We want to expose our students to as many different professions and fields as possible before they graduate." |
