Student athletes may not participate in practices or games if the student is not in attendance at school for a minimum of 4 class periods or the student did not attend a scheduled (period 9) intervention time. He/she will remain ineligible until the scheduled intervention time has been made up.
All students are ineligible to attend after-school activities if they did not attend a scheduled (period 9) intervention time that day. Students will remain ineligible until the scheduled intervention time has been made up.
In-School Suspension: Student-athletes assigned to in-school suspension are not eligible to attend and/or participate in activities that are scheduled for that calendar day.
Students who receive a failing grade in a class for the final report card will be ineligible to participate in athletics for 30 calendar days of their next sport, as per the Iowa High School Athletic Association. |
